Sluiskil, host of the World Championships 2010 started up the 2009 World Cup. As always well organized and in front of full stands. With a 3-1 win against Japanese Suzuki I started the tournament but before I left the room I could witness a great sensation. Pierre Soumagne, my French teammate in Laxou played a beautiful match and won against World Champion Marco Zanetti.

For the first time we played national Championships 3-cushion in Höör. Two times swedish champion Michael Nilsson was seeded as number one because of his 2008 victory. I was glad to spend some days with my parents and hoped to recapture the title. Despite having one of my worst week-ends as far as playing is concerned I managed to go undefeated into the final.

As a 3-cushion professional I travel all around the world playing tournaments and exhibition matches. I also teach and put up trick-shot exhibitions. Even pool events are part of my repertoire. My first title was the Scandinavian Championships back in 1981. After that I won 5 World, 8 European and 23 Swedish Championships. I won 41 World Cup tournaments and the overall World Cup on 10 occasions. 50 points in 9 innings is my best game.
